the sadness my aunt and I share
our soul mates died within weeks of each other~
The waves of joy and grief and wanting to belong to love
ache to the depths~
I belong to my aunt
for in her I have seen my mom and grandma come through
I belong to the women in my life
I belong to us and the memories we share~
